Dee J. Bragonier is a member of Saint Rose of Lima Parish, Altoona , and for 47 years has been employed as a counselor by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Altoona - Johnstown .  Mr. Bragonier is on the agency’s advisory board, sits on the Diocese’s Allegation Review Board, and on the Bedford County Food and Shelter Board.  Nominated for the award by Catholic Charities’ director, Third Order Regular Franciscan Father Luke Robertson, he is described as “active and faithful” in his participation in the life of Saint Rose of Lima Parish, where he is a member of the parish choir.
