2007 Prince Gallitzin Cross Award Recipient Father Vincent Zidek
is pastor of Saint Benedict Parish in Carrolltown and is a Benedictine monk of
Saint Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe. Father Vincent is being
recognized for his pastoral leadership skills, particularly his commitment to
preserving the parish’s Catholic school which is now recognized as an
educational leader in northern Cambria County.
